Seller of goods offered in this online store (www.majaiunpirtij.lv) Limited Liability Company "Mājai un pirtij", reg. no. 40203268141, e-mail: [email protected], on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude this Contract, hereinafter referred to as the Contract:

1.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

2.1. The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased.

2.2. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail in accordance with the order. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

2.3. The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 1 - 5 days in the territory of Latvia from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer. Delivery time to other countries may take longer.

3.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Product by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller.

3.2. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal. All expenses regarding to the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

3.3. The Buyer cannot use the right of withdrawal if:

3.3.1. the ordered goods cannot be returned according to their nature, they are perishable or they must be used quickly;

3.3.2. the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer by individual order.

3.3.3. Paragraph six of Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to refuse the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the product is damaged by negligent handling during the use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

3.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.

4.1. By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agrees that the data provided by them is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
